What we collect

When you send the consultation form, we collect your name, your phone number or email, how you'd like us to reach you, the time that suits you and what you write about your hair. We use it to answer you and to book your visit.

Who sees it

Your message goes to the stylists at the collective and to the booking tool we use to hold appointments. We don't sell your information or share it for advertising.

Health and hair history

Please don't put medical details in a message. Tell your stylist about your hair history, and any reaction to a hair product, at your consultation or on the booking page.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete what we have about you by calling the shop or writing to the address in the footer.
