What people ask before they book

Use the table on the home page, which says what each of us does most. If you aren't sure, send the consultation form and tell us about your hair. We'll say who we'd book you with, and why.

For color, braids and any new look, yes. Your stylist asks about your hair history and agrees a plan and a time with you before starting. A trim or a short cut you can book directly.

The minutes are beside every service on the menu. A first visit runs longer than the service, because the consultation comes first.

Between the four of us, we work with straight, wavy, curly and coily hair. Florine does the most work on textured hair, and Giovanny cuts curls dry. Say what you have when you book.

Photos of looks you like, and what you know about your hair's history: box color, henna, a relaxer, heat. Honest answers keep the visit shorter.

Long services take a deposit that holds your stylist's time and goes toward your service. The menu marks each one, and your stylist sets the amount.

Please give us 24 hours to cancel or move an appointment, and 48 hours for services over three hours. If you're running late, call or text the shop and we'll say what still fits.

Some color products call for one before your first color visit. We tell you when you book. If you have ever reacted to a hair product, tell us first.

Children are welcome when they are having a service. One guest can wait with you.

Each stylist sets their own prices, and the booking page shows them for the person and service you choose. How pricing works says what sets them.
