Most of our new clients have been to a few shops before they find the right stylist. The first visit is built for that.
The consultation comes first, before any cutting, pressing or color. Your stylist leaves time for it, and you leave with a plan and a time estimate. When you book, the booking page asks the questions about your hair history, so you only answer them once.
Your first visit, step by step

Step 1: Book your visit
Pick a stylist from the table on the home page, or send the form and we'll choose with you. Color and braids start with a consultation, and the booking page says which services do.

Step 2: What to bring
Photos of looks you like, and anything you want us to know about your hair.
What has been on your hair: box color, henna, a relaxer, heat
How you care for it now, and what you'd like to change
Any reaction you've had to a hair product

Step 3: What to expect
Your stylist talks it through with you first, then agrees a plan and a time before starting. Most first visits run longer than the service alone, so we put the minutes beside every service.

Step 4: Afterward
Your stylist tells you how to look after your hair at home and when to come back. Booking your next visit takes a minute at the desk or on the booking page.
